1. Information We Collect
Account information. Your name, email address, date of birth, and biological sex (used to calculate age- and sex-adjusted score ranges). A password or sign-in credential.
Health information you enter yourself. Values you type directly into the App — such as lab results, cognitive assessment scores, and lifestyle inputs like nicotine use, exercise frequency, and alcohol consumption — plus any value covered by Apple Health or your OxyPeak record (such as VO2 Max, body mass, or blood pressure) if you'd rather enter it by hand or don't have that data source connected. Anyone can use PeakSpan this way, whether or not they are an OxyPeak patient.
Apple Health (HealthKit) data. With your permission, the App reads the following from Apple Health to power your Score, Progress, and Daily Readiness:
- Cardiorespiratory: VO2 Max, resting heart rate, heart rate variability (SDNN)
- Activity: Move, Exercise, and Stand ring data; weekly exercise minutes; daily sedentary time
- Sleep: total sleep time, deep sleep, and REM
- Metabolic: blood glucose, systolic and diastolic blood pressure
- Body composition: body mass, body fat percentage
The App only reads this data from Apple Health — it never writes to Apple Health. You approve which categories to share when prompted, and you can revoke access to any category at any time in the Health app under Sharing > Apps > PeakSpan. If you are an established OxyPeak patient, an in-clinic measurement from your OxyPeak medical record takes precedence over the equivalent Apple Health value for 90 days after it is recorded; after 90 days, Apple Health data is used until a newer in-clinic measurement is available.
Clinic-shared information (established OxyPeak patients only). If you are an established patient of OxyPeak Longevity Institute, you may choose to share your OxyPeak medical record with the App. With your consent, values available in your record — such as clinical vitals, body-composition measurements, strength assessments, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) session records — are added to your Score and Progress tabs. If a particular value is not available from your record, you can enter it by hand.
Device and usage information. Device model, operating system version, app version, crash reports, and basic usage events (for example, which tab was opened). This information is not linked to your health data and is used only to keep the App working reliably. Crash and diagnostic data is collected using Apple's built-in diagnostics tools.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Calculate and display your PeakLife Score, pillar scores, safety ceilings, and Morning Readiness
- Store the values you enter by hand
- Show trends over time in the Progress tab and generate PDF summaries you request
- Add values from your OxyPeak medical record if you are an established patient and choose to share it
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests
- Maintain the security and reliability of the App
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your health information for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose unrelated to the App's health-tracking functions.
3. Apple Health Data Commitments
Data obtained from Apple Health (HealthKit) is used solely to provide the App's health and fitness features. We do not use HealthKit data for advertising or other data-mining purposes, and we do not sell HealthKit data or share it with third parties except as necessary to provide the App's functions at your direction (for example, storing it securely on our servers so your score can be calculated). We do not store HealthKit data in iCloud.
4. How Clinic Sharing Works
PeakSpan does not read or extract data from documents. All health values in the App are either entered directly by you, or, if you are an established patient of OxyPeak Longevity Institute, shared from your OxyPeak medical record with your consent.
If you choose to share your OxyPeak record, we receive only the specific values needed to calculate your PeakLife Score (for example, a lab result or a body-composition measurement), not your full chart. You can revoke this sharing at any time in Settings > Share My OxyPeak Record; revoking sharing stops new values from syncing but does not delete values already recorded in the App unless you separately delete them. If you are not an established OxyPeak patient, or if a value isn't available from your record, you can enter it by hand at any time.
5. Who Can See Your Information
You. Your data is visible to you in the App.
Your OxyPeak care team (established patients who choose to share). If you are an established OxyPeak patient and choose to share your OxyPeak record, your clinical team can view your PeakLife Score and the underlying data as part of your care. Information you share with OxyPeak as a patient is also protected by OxyPeak's Notice of Privacy Practices under HIPAA.
Service providers. We use a limited number of vendors to host the App's infrastructure and send account emails. Each is bound by contract to protect your information and use it only on our instructions. Current categories: cloud hosting and email delivery.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the safety of users or the public.
Business transfers. If HBOT Logic Technologies, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred, and this policy will continue to apply.
We do not share your information with data brokers, advertisers, or social networks. We do not sell personal information.
6. Data Security
Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and logged. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures consistent with industry standards to protect your data.
7. Data Retention
We keep your account and health information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal and health information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records by law or to resolve disputes. Clinic records held by OxyPeak Longevity Institute are governed by OxyPeak's medical-records retention obligations and are not deleted by deleting your PeakSpan account.
8. Your Choices and Rights
- Access and export. You can view your data in the App and export PDF summaries from the Progress tab.
- Correction. You can edit any value you've entered by hand at any time.
- Delete your account. You can delete your account and associated data directly in the App at Settings > Account > Delete Account, or by emailing support@hbotlogic.com.

Residents of certain states may have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we hold, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell it). To exercise any right, contact us at support@hbotlogic.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Children
PeakSpan is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Not Medical Advice
PeakSpan is a wellness tracking and educational tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it does not replace the judgment of a licensed physician. Always consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your health regimen.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a revised effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the App or by email.
