Getting Started

Do I need to be an OxyPeak patient to use PeakSpan?

No. Anyone can download PeakSpan for free, hand-enter their own lab results, scans, and assessment scores, and track their PeakLife Score. Established OxyPeak Longevity Institute patients can additionally choose to share their OxyPeak medical record so available values sync in automatically.

What is the PeakLife Score?

A physician-designed number from 0 to 100 that summarizes your long-term vitality across seven pillars: brain sharpness, fitness and oxygen capacity, metabolic health, body composition and strength, lifestyle habits, sleep, and hormone balance. See the full breakdown on the PeakSpan overview.

Why is my score capped?

PeakSpan uses safety ceilings. If your data shows a critical risk such as active nicotine use, very high blood pressure, elevated HbA1c, or reduced kidney function, your overall score is capped until that issue is addressed with your clinical team. The cap is shown on your Score tab with the reason.

Entering Your Data & Sharing with OxyPeak

Do I need to upload PDFs to use PeakSpan?

No. PeakSpan doesn't read or extract data from documents. You enter your lab results, body-composition numbers (like DEXA), VO2 Max, and cognitive assessment scores directly into the App yourself, in the Reports tab.

I'm an OxyPeak patient — do I still have to type everything in?

Not necessarily. As an established OxyPeak patient, you can choose to share your OxyPeak medical record with PeakSpan. Any values available in your record are added to your Score automatically with your consent. If a specific value isn't in your record, you can enter it by hand.

How do I share my OxyPeak record with PeakSpan?

Go to Settings > Share My OxyPeak Record and confirm consent. Available only to established OxyPeak patients.

Can I use PeakSpan if I'm not an OxyPeak patient?

Yes. Anyone can download PeakSpan and hand-enter their own results to track a PeakLife Score, with no connection to OxyPeak required.

Should I send you my medical records by email?

Please don't. Email is not a secure way to send health information. Enter your values inside the App, or, if you're an established OxyPeak patient, share your record through the consent flow in Settings.

Apple Health

What does PeakSpan read from Apple Health?

With your permission: VO2 Max, resting heart rate, and heart rate variability; Move/Exercise/Stand ring activity and weekly exercise minutes; sleep (total, deep, and REM); blood glucose and blood pressure; and body mass and body fat percentage. PeakSpan only reads this data — it never writes anything back to Apple Health. You choose which categories to share when prompted, and you can change this anytime in the Health app under Sharing > Apps > PeakSpan.

Why did my score change even though I didn't enter anything?

If you've connected Apple Health or Apple Watch, PeakSpan updates cardiorespiratory, activity, sleep, and other values automatically as new data arrives. If you're an established OxyPeak patient sharing your record, a new in-clinic measurement can also update your score — and for 90 days after an in-clinic measurement, it takes priority over the equivalent Apple Health value.

My Apple Health data isn't showing up.

Make sure the relevant device (Apple Watch, a connected scale, a blood pressure cuff, etc.) is writing that data to Apple Health, and that PeakSpan has permission to read the category under Settings > Privacy > Health on your iPhone. New data typically appears within a few hours of being recorded in Apple Health.

Your Account and Data

How do I delete my account?

In the App, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Your account and all associated health data are permanently removed within 30 days. You can also email support@hbotlogic.com from the address on your account. Deleting your PeakSpan account does not delete your medical records at OxyPeak Longevity Institute.

How do I export my data?

The Progress tab lets you export a PDF summary of your scores and trends to share with any physician.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, is never sold, and is never used for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
